CML incorporation, prototype development, strategic relationship with the University of Alberta hospitals (center for medical research, largest renal treatment program in Canada)
Research Grant through Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research (AHFMR).

1994

Successful prototype testing at University of Alberta Hospitals.

1995
Successful beta testing at Wellesley Hospital (Toronto), development of Fresenius 2008H communications driver
Value Added Reseller (VAR) relationship with Computer Associates.
1996

Development of Slow Nocturnal Hemodialysis (SNHD) support, pioneering of the technology in the Toronto area with the Wellesley hospital (Dr. Andreas Pierratos)
First commercial sale of cyberREN into the USA, add dictation of cyberREN to the American market.
1997
Sale of cyberREN to 11 further renal care delivery organizations – the majority in the Northeastern United States.
1998 - 99
Sales of 15 further systems including 3 SNHD sites ( London, Saratoga Springs, Manhattan)
Fresenius Medical Care Canada / CML marketing partnership, supply of CML technology to be marketed by Fresenius Medical Care under the NephroCare brand name.
2000 - 01
Installation at 22 further facilities, entry into the top ten dialysis chains in the USA, CML becomes established North American vendor.
Establishment of a CML sales office in Florida, CML support office in Kitchener, Ontario
Establishment of a Sales Partner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (MediChem Systems).
2002
Entry into Europe, sale to North Staffordshire Hospital in Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom,
Opening of a Sales/Support office in Zurich, Switzerland.
2003
Closing of a strategic relationship (cyberREN co-development) with Northwest Kidney Centers, Seattle, Washington.
2004
Further capture, through FMC Canada, of significant market share in eastern Canada.
2005 - 06
Establish our Asian market with our 1st site in Malaysia through our partners (MediChem Systems) Hospital Kuala Lumpur Introduction of new product cyberREN OFFICE, beta testing complete. .
2007- 08 New Product cyberFUNDS, billing and accounting for Nephrology. New Product - cyberREN EPS, Electronic Prescribing for Physicians.

2009 - 10

cyberREN CLINICAL entering India, with 5 territorial distributors.
